- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst Customer service I have ever experienced they act like they are doing you a favor acknowledging you when you walk into a branch , they have charged me for insurance policies when I have proven I was carrying more insurance on my ATV than they required , Just pulled my credit report and they are claiming i had a late payment on my vehicle a MONTH after I traded it in to a dealership , Best decision i have ever made switching ALL of my accounts away from this incompetent credit union. taking action now to clear my credit report , only negative thing listed on my entire report is a screw up by this credit union .By Amber Pinkerton, December 25, 2016
